Medical

Tactical Medicine (Tac-Med)

Comprehensive trauma care and emergency medical response designed for high-threat environments. This hands-on, scenario-based course trains operators to manage life-threatening injuries under fire, stabilize casualties during extraction, and deliver advanced interventions in austere conditions. Built for executive protection details, law enforcement units, and military operators who need to save lives when seconds count.

Certification

TCCC / TECC Certification

Instructor-led Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) certification courses aligned with current CoTCCC guidelines. Participants gain the knowledge and practical skills to manage casualties across the three phases of care -- Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, and Tactical Evacuation Care. Certification recognized across military, law enforcement, and private security sectors.

Advanced Weapons & Small Unit Tactics

Tactical firearms proficiency and team movement techniques for operational environments. This course covers advanced marksmanship, room clearing, vehicle operations, and small unit maneuver under realistic conditions. Wilderness Medicine

Medical care in austere and remote environments where evacuation is delayed and resources are limited. This course prepares operators to assess, treat, and manage patients far from definitive care -- covering altitude illness, environmental injuries, improvised splinting, wound management, and extended patient care. Essential for expedition support teams, remote security details, and adventure travel protection.

Close Protection Medical Integration

Learn how to seamlessly integrate medical capabilities into executive protection and close protection details. This specialized course covers medical threat assessments, kit configuration for low-visibility operations, coordinating with advance teams, managing medical emergencies during motorcade and venue operations, and ensuring your principal receives immediate care without compromising the protective posture.

Every XPJ instructor is a former U.S. Air Force Pararescueman -- the only Department of Defense special operators trained and tasked with both personnel recovery and combat medicine. Our instructors have applied these skills under fire in the most demanding theatres of operation on earth. That experience is not something that can be replicated in a classroom alone.
