Combat-Tested Instructors, Proven Methodology

Every XPJ instructor is a former U.S. Air Force Pararescueman -- the only Department of Defense special operators trained and tasked with both personnel recovery and combat medicine. Our instructors have applied these skills under fire in the most demanding theatres of operation on earth. That experience is not something that can be replicated in a classroom alone.

Our training methodology is built on the Pararescue pipeline's standards of excellence: stress inoculation, scenario-based repetition, and relentless attention to the fundamentals that keep people alive. We do not teach theory in isolation -- we place students in realistic, high-pressure scenarios and demand performance. The result is operators who default to decisive action when it matters most.
